How To Relieve A Bad Gastric Reflux

What causes Acid Reflux Diseases?

  1. Eating a heavy meal and lying on your back or bending over at the waist
  2. Eating lots of foods like – citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, spicy or fatty food
  3. Being overweight or obese
  4. Heavy Smoking
  5. Being pregnant (ladies do take note)

Common symptoms of Acid Reflux Disease:

  2. Regurgitation: A sour or bitter-tasting acid backing up into the throat or mouth.

  3. Burping
  4. Dysphagia – the sensation of food stucked in throat
  5. Nausea
  6. Wheezing/dry cough

How do you combat it then?

Here’s how to relieve heartburn fast:

  1. Standing up straight
  2. Elevating upper body
  3. Mixing baking soda with water
  4. Trying ginger
  5. Sip apple cider vinegar
  6. Stay away from cigarette/smoking
